ADOPTABLE'S tOS/TOU

Please make sure you read all my TOS's/TOU's below before claiming/buying Adoptable's.
My TOS's/TOU apply to all characters I have designed, even when trading on.

General Information▪️ All Adoptable's will be Avilable on Both Tumblr & Ko-Fi!
▪️ All Adoptable's are first come first serve
(unless stated otherwise)
▪️ All of my designs are for Non-Commercial use only!
(This means you cannot use this design to sell on merchandise or make profit from it.)
▪️ I will not make changes to completed designs/Adoptables.▪️ I Retain all Copyright of all Adoptable's I've Made!
(you only own the Character not the Artwork or Design of the Character.)▪️ You must credit me for the original design when you upload it Anywhere.
(Any other work featuring your adoptable after that is fine without but please don't claim the design as your own!)▪️ You Must Put Credits to me Some where in your Bio/Link if you make any: (Inspo, Art, Adoptables, Designs, & Etc.
from my Character's, Adoptable's & Design)▪️ If you no longer Wish to keep the Adoptable and do not Wish to Trade it, I will Be Glad to take it back and put it back up for Adoption for Someone Else.
(This home is always open to Adoptable's baught from me!)▪️ If you delete your claims, break the rules, falsely claim, spam or harass myself or other Buyer's/Adopter's, this will lead you into being blocked on Tumblr & possibly blacklisted from purchasing from me.

Price▪️ All Adoptables are SET PRICE.
(The Complexity or Time worked on the Adopt's Determines their Set Price's.)▪️ Please Do not offer art trades or lower prices on these listings!▪️ Adoptable Trade's Will not Be Optional to purchases my Adoptable's From me, my Ko-Fi page, or Tumblr, They must be Bought With USD Only!

Claiming▪️ Claiming is only for Adoptable's Posted on Tumblr.▪️ Only Claim if you are committed to purchasing them, swapping or mind changes are not allowed▪️ Adoptable's Claimed on Tumblr will put on Hold from the Ko-Fi Shop Until Payment is made. if payment isn't made and failed to claim from Tumbler it'll go back up on the Ko-Fi shop.

Holding▪️ Holds can be requested for a maximum of 3 days if 100% sure of purchase.
▪️ Maximum of 2 holds per person only!

Payment▪️ Payment Must be Full & Up front in USD!▪️ Payment is expected within 48 hours of claiming.▪️ Payment can only be done through: PayPal (friends & family only), Cash-App or The Ko-fi Page.▪️ PLEASE DO NOT Purchase from me via someone elses PayPal or Cash-App.
If doing so it'll be considerd FRUAD, IDENTIY THEATH & STOLEN MONEY.▪️ Please DO NOT send payment until I have confirmed your claimed Adoptable, as someone else may have claimed it before you!!▪️ If you fail to pay or have Failed Payment, your Claims be will Dismissed & the Adoptable's will then be back up for sale for others to buy.

Re-Fund's
▪️ Refunds are not available for Any Adoptable's You Purchase From Me no Matter the Quality or quantity you parches.▪️ Instead of a Refund you can Trade out the Adoptable You bought for a different one After 72 Hour's/ 3 day's of Pouches Date.
{I May ask for proof that you bought it by a Screen shot of your payment made, or a Confirmation Proof of Converstation}
(Trading Any Adoptable Must for a Different one From my Shop, it must be The Same Value/Price of the one you purchased.)▪️This is Stated in MY TOS/TOU As well!

Delivery▪️ I will Send your File's to you Either through Email or a DA Stach link, Once I have received full payment for your adoptable, you within 48hrs. you will then have access to the unwatermarked file.▪️ be patient when I transfer the files to you, I do things as quickly as I possibly can & I have other obligations such as work, Family matters, Etc, harassment will not be tolerated.▪️ If it has been over 48 hours and I still haven't transferred your files, please let me know, I probably just forgot!

Trading▪️ Please make sure new owners are aware of the rules regarding the design and credits are carried over.▪️ If you change any elements about the design, you must keep the original design somewhere & if you trade them, you must provide the original design to the new owner & clearly state the redesign was NOT done by me.▪️ Adoptables that are part of a group/set or have more than one character in original listing cannot be seperated and must be sold/traded together.

ALLOWED ✔▪️ You are allowed to make changes to the design after purchase, however, please DO NOT edit, alter, add or draw on my art/original design.▪️ You are free to change outfits, gender, species etc of your adoptable once they belong to you.▪️ Trade adoptable's, you must trade for an Equal value Adoptable that you paid for!
I.E: Another Adoptable the same price as paid for or Higher.▪️ Are Allowed to make Fanart of any of my OC's & Adoptable's! but you must Have Credit to me somewhere in your Bio or link.

▪️ I use the art I make for self-promotion on social media, streams & Etc., unless agreed otherwise.
▪️ Completion time varies based on complexity and type of commission.
▪️ I adapt your character to fit my drawing style; colors will be adjusted for shading & lighting.
▪️ Prices vary based on scene and character complexity.
▪️ Rush orders accepted with extra cost.
▪️ If no visual reference, I can work from a description or real animal photos.
▪️ Work-in-progress screenshots provided at every stage.
▪️ Turnaround time ranges from 6 months to 9 months; circumstances like illness or family matter's may cause delays.
▪️ Artworks are for personal use and non-commercial.
▪️ My signature & watermarks must remain on all public posts.
